Καλημέρα, θα κάνω αυτό που μου προτείνετε.
Δοκίμασα πριν από λίγο την εντολή: sudo update-grub

Προς ευχάριστη έκπληξή μου μετά τη επανεκκίνηση προέκυψε σε περιβάλλον ubuntu η δυνατότητα επιλογής λειτουργικού: ubuntu ή Windows 10!
Επέλεξα 2. Windows 10 και όλα καλά όπως πρώτα.
Κατόπιν σε περιβάλλον windows 10 έκανα και επανεκκίνηση και τερματισμό . Σε κάθε περίπτωση επιστρέφω στην παλιά μου επιλογή dual boot: 1. Windows 10. 2. windows set up(κατά λάθος είχε προκύψει..)
Στο δε περιβάλλον bios ξαναεπέστρεψε ως πρώτη επιλογή εκκίνησης : 1. Windows Boot Manager και ως δεύτερη 2. Ubuntu..
Δηλαδή δεν ξαναπροέκυψε περιβάλλον ubuntu...κάτι που δεν το περίμενα.. ελπίζω να κρατήσει.. J.
